Prittworld Properties & Mortgages Limited has designed a unique product dubbed “Nyumba Smart”. The product targets all home seekers wishing to put up their own “palatial homes” in their own tastes and preferences.
The product is designed as a TURN-KEY PRODUCT since we take over the process from the design stage all through to finance arrangements and construction until the house and the landscaped garden is fit for occupation.
The target market
Nyumba Smart targets both salaried and self-employed individuals. To qualify for this product, the beneficiary is supposed to have a land plot and should be free from encumbrances.
The product package
- Mortgage arrangement: We arrange mortgage financing for our customers ranging between 15-25 years but capped on the remaining years to retirement for the mortgagee. The loan amount is pegged on the eligibility.
- Construction arrangement: The construction is done by competent and qualified contractors registered and licensed by the National Construction Authority. The pre-qualified contractors are put in our panel and the beneficiary is at liberty to select his/her preferred contractor from the panel.
- Finishing & interior décor: This is selected by the beneficiary depending on his/her tastes & preference.
- Landscaped Gardens: The choice of flowers & nature of landscaping is done in a way that it will give a bliss of your investment dreams and define what is really a home.
Eligibility to qualify for the Nyumba Smart Construction product
For salaried customers (Employed customers)
The following are the requirements:
- Land title deed for the plot where the house(s) will be built-The title deed should be free from encumbrances;
- Original pay slips for three consecutive months (For spouses, you may provide both pay slips for consideration);
- Originals and copies of PIN Certificate and the ID card;
- Compliance certificate from KRA, HELB & EACC;
- Dully filled application form from Prittworld Properties & Mortgages Limited;
For Self-employed customers (Business customers)
The following are the requirements for eligibility:
- Land title (free from encumbrances) where the houses will be built;
- Audited financials for at least three (3) consecutive financial years;
- Certificate of incorporation for the company plus memorandum & articles of association;
- PIN certificate for the company and the directors plus their ID cards (original & copies);
- Compliance certificate from KRA;
- Bank statements for at least 12 months;
- Duly filled application form from Prittworld Properties & Mortgages Limited;
